We are so excited to have NSA Alumni Marie Suazo on today’s episode! Marie graduated from NorthStar in 2010! Listen as she reminisces on her memories of NSA and why online school worked for her as a diplomat’s daughter. As a third culture kid, Marie found that she couldn’t quite describe what it was like to grow up in her shoes, but since high school, Marie has found the outlets to share her story through authoring and podcasting. I am a Diplomat Kid originally from the Philippines who grew up mostly in Korea and in Egypt then went back to Korea for college and grad school. I am also a lit major and studied Christian Counseling in Graduate school. I love to read and write and published my first book a few years ago called Tales of a Diplomat’s Daughter. I enjoy singing, reading, podcasting, spending time with friends, and my dogs. I am currently residing in the Philippines where I feel like God has called me to be as an Adult Third Culture Kid.
