Closing the Gap: Female Leadership in Education

Jun 14, 2023 | Education, Leadership | 0 comments

“As an educator, I started thinking of the girls. If I’m lonely in this place, where are we leaving this gap where they don’t have the female leaders to look up to? So when I earned my doctorate, I was working in a school and that’s one reason why I was very adamant that I shift to Dr. Hale… because I want girls to see that women in education can earn that title.”

It is a pleasure to have Dr. Jessica Hale on today’s episode! Dr. Hale is a strong educational leader with an incredible story.  Listen as she shares about her journey as well her thoughts and perspective on gender inequalities in leadership. Hear how she took those curiosities and acted on them to show girls that they can become leaders as well.

Be sure to listen next week to hear more from Dr. Jessica Hale regarding burn out in leadership!
