We’re thrilled to welcome back Harmony Niphakis this week! If you didn’t hear her powerful story last week, be sure to go back and listen as it is one you won’t want to miss. Today, Harmony is answering our student’s most asked questions! What animal best represents TCKs? What are some of the misconceptions people have about TCKs? Does living overseas affect how good you are at rock, paper, scissors? How do you adjust when you move to the states suddenly? Why would a TCK be a great person to have on your team? Listen to hear excellent advice, insight, and encouragement surrounding these questions and more!

Harmony Niphakis

I am a Canadian-American, sister of 3, aunt of 10, owner of 8 chickens, nature lover, food appreciator, and follower of Jesus. The first eight years of my life were spent growing up in Thailand where my parents were missionaries with OMF. Jesus captured my heart fully while I was a struggling freshman in college, and ever since, He has shown me how I can use the story He has given me to serve other TCKs. I was able to return to Thailand for 1 year as an adult while serving TCK teens as a boarding home assistant. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and I now lead OMF’s US TCK Team virtually from my home in Pennsylvania.

Great podcast! Thanks to Harmony for her suggestions and insight into TCK life. Are there suggestions for organizations who host TCK re-entry camps?
