Jay Raines
Jay leads a coaching company called LeadersQ. They work with leaders and teams to inspire and guide them to create a transformational team culture to accomplish their mission and vision. Jay and his wife of 28 years live in Texas. Both of their children are NSA graduates and studied online from South Asia. They also served in the NSA student council.
Danette High
I lived overseas for many years. Both of my children graduated from NSA. Since my return to the U.S., I’ve worked in coaching (with LeadersQ) in developing leadership teams. I also do consulting work with Lifeshape, preparing their volunteers for successful overseas projects. In my spare time, I hike in the nearby mountains, quilt, and read.
