Dave Decker, Jr founded and serves as the president of LightsOut (LiveLightsOut.org), a nonprofit dedicated to providing soul-care for those serving under the lights; artists, speakers, bands on the road and out of consistent community need that very thing, and LightsOut seeks to stand in that gap. Dave also has a youth ministry habit, and for the last 25+ years has been involved with that in one way or another alongside his wife Emily and their 3 fantastic children and 3 intermittently wonderful dogs on lakes behind boats, on boards of all kinds, and outside as often as possible.
