About the NorthStar Narrative
“Let’s start a NorthStar podcast!” What a crazy thought! Would this idea really work? Would anybody actually listen? Was this just a random thought or was it God’s plan? God was faithful over and over to prove that this was His idea, and He was leading the entire process. From bringing people into our path that would encourage and continually inspire us to go on with the vision, to finding a name, logo, and music to purchasing the right equipment, finding who was going to come on the show and actually recording, God has continued to reveal the purpose for this podcast, and we now understand why. We truly want to be an educational lighthouse that reaches the world for Christ.
We have a platform with endless possibilities. We already have a successful online school, reaching students in over 90 countries around the world, and we’re a part of a larger network (the Network of International Christian Schools) that reaches over 5,000 students. We’ll explore ways to navigate the world of homeschooling and online schooling, but parents and students in the public school setting will benefit as well.
How do you limit a podcast to one category, one topic? We are all things education – but it doesn’t stop there. Our goal is to add value to people’s lives. Listen in as we provide you with practical tips, inspiring stories, and encouragement. We will interview health-care professionals, missionaries, students, and educational experts who are making an impact in their communities all over the world.
