Noel Horneck recently retired after serving faithfully for many years at NorthStar. His passion and dedication have helped NSA grow and expand. Noel Horneck has a background in mechanical engineering. He loves to design and build things. He has a woodshop where he can design and build all kinds of things. He served at NorthStar in IT and data from 2010-2021. He started playing Pickleball about 5 years ago and plays often to help improve his game.
