Efraim Lerner

I grew up in Australia in a small and close knit family with my brother and parents before I moved overseas to study and train to become a rabbi. I’ve since been working in the field of education, as a teacher, then leader in both mainstream and special education before opening up a consultancy company called Br1ne and more recently a Not For Profit called Work Collaborative. I’m in the process of completing my first book titled “Change Starts Here” with my co-founder Shane Leaning, focusing on how we can bring back confidence to schools to lead change from within.

I now live in London, England with my wife and daughter. I’ve got a deep fascination about how we can use emerging technologies like AI to allow us to be more human and connect more meaningfully with each other. Outside of work if I’m not meeting friends or with my family I’m likely playing tennis at the local tennis club.
