We are so excited to talk with Hailey Corrigan and Grace Stanley today. Hailey and Grace are seniors here at NorthStar Academy and have both had the opportunity to take our Capstone Cooperative Design course. Capstone Cooperative Design is an EVP project-based course that provides students the opportunity to work as a team to create a tool that can impact a real-world issue. Hailey Corrigan
I live with my parents as well as my brother Jake who is 20 and my 2 dogs and bunny! We live in a suburb about 1.5 hours outside of Chicago and we are currently looking to move to a farm soon! I currently work at a daycare 4 days a week and on the weekends I love to hang out with friends as well as babysit and dog sit in my free time! Next year I am planning on attending Joliet Junior College where I will get my associates in Child Development. One day I hope to have a family and have my own daycare!
Grace Stanley
I am a senior here at NorthStar, this is my third year here. I live with my parents and grandma. I have an older sister and brother-in-law that live in Dallas and an older brother that lives in Missouri. I don’t have a job currently, but I am looking into volunteering at a Physical Therapists office, to get hours for grad school. I love to cook, bake, and ski, but soccer is my main hobby. I am almost always playing soccer if I am not doing school.
