Carrie Strong

My name is Carrie Strong. I was born in Texas but raised in the small town of Richland, Michigan. I attended a public school and grew up in a Christian home. My parents both loved God and faithfully taught us His Word. I accepted Jesus as my savior at a young age and have been walking with Him on this journey of life ever since. During my single years I graduated from Taylor University with a degree in French, Spanish, and International Studies. I spent time overseas, leading worship for a singles group, and had a career in Education. At age 30 I married my wonderful Husband, Kyle. We have been blessed with four children: Elijah, James, Hannah, and Esther, who are all homeschooled. I have a passion for writing and walking with other moms through their homeschooling journeys so we can learn from each other and encourage one another. I also love being outdoors gardening, exploring, and enjoying the Great Lakes. My kids keep me pretty busy, but I love to blog about inspirations I find in creation.
