Amanda McPhail grew up in the south as a Pastor’s kid and attended The University of Mobile where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She married her high school sweetheart soon after and started their family with their son and first daughter. In June of 2018, Amanda began working with NICS as the Personnel Transition Specialist. Through this job, she has the privilege to use her degree and her heart for missions in her everyday work life. In 2018, the Lord drew Amanda and her husband’s hearts to adoption. After diligently searching and praying, he led them to the Foster care program through their state and they have had a sweet baby girl in their care for about 10 months now. They continue to trust His plan and His will on this season of life. The Foster care journey has truly changed their lives!
